WARRANTY
Effective July 1st 1993
Unless otherwise specified, this product carries
a 10 year warranty against defects in workmanship
and materials. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement
of the defective product. Damage from abuse, improper handling,
improper storage and excessive wear is not covered. All Sterling
drawer glides and hardware as well as all Blum hinges used in
this product also carry a limited lifetime warranty
from their manufacturers.
GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS
All tops and legs are 1 1/4 inch
thick and have a continuous wrap one hundred and eighty degree
post formed front edge application. All modesty panels are
3/4 inch thick. All back panels on hutches, bookcases
and other case units are 1/2 inch thick. All units
of furniture have leveling glides and generally have no exposed
connecting hardware.
Finishes available are from Wilsonart. Additional
finishes available from Pionite and Formica at an upcharge.
Wire management grommets are included and installed
at no extra charge where applicable.
Delivery and setup is included at no extra
charge with minimum orders.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
All core material used is industrial grade
high density particle board. All finishes are applied
using Imperial industrial high solid, (23.5% to 25%) high
heat resistant contact adhesive. All finishes are .030
or thicker, high pressure laminate.
Only full extension ball bearing
Sterling slides are used. All pencil drawers and box drawers
use #FX3200 series drawer slides which have a
100 lb. test rating. All file and storage drawers use #FC4000
series drawer slides which have a 125 lb. test rating.
All keyboard tray drawers use #KS4500 series adjustable
keyboard slides which has a 50 lb. test rating and also has
an inertia lock, both in and out. All slides meet or exceed
ANSI / BIFMA standards. All slides are certified by the International
Standards Organization (150-9002) and are made with the best
grade steel. (HRB 68-72. HRB is tensile strength.)
